• 10 Year Maintenance :

Developers will provide maintenance of the plot for a period of 10 years through a maintenance company, which includes maintenance of internal roads/ street lights / water supply and water lines.
Water Supply :

Adequate water supply 4000 liters/ day (to be paid for by meter) Water pipes right up to the plot.

Electrical :

Electricity connection of 4 KW at every plot Underground Electric Cabling.
Internal Roads :

Approach roads to the plot will be tarred (WBM in the first year and turned before wet Monsoon)
Internal Security :

24-hour security
Fenced Compound Wall :

An M.S.entrance gate on each plot abutting the road with an opening of 4 feet
Compound wall on the road side /front side being UCR/wall up to 15 to 18 inches above ground level and barbed wire encing above that the remaining three sides shall be fenced with cement poles and barbed wires. The barbed wires shall be 2 feet above ground level.


Plot buyers will be entitled to commence and build a farmhouse with a plinth area of 150 square meters on the plot. The necessary layout already has been sanctioned. Four typical designs have been provided to each plot holder

7 / 12 Extract :

The developers shall hand over the necessary 7/12 extract within 6 months from the date sale deed.
